| . | The bergens are based upon the issued PLCE
rucksacks issued to the British Army which come in a short back or long
back variant to accommodate height differences in soldiers. View Bergen short back images All bergens and daysacks are made from 1000d Cordura. The pattern used on MTP style camouflage is Erebis produced by Cortmans Textiles which is compatible with MTP. Other materials are 400gsm heavy duty printed mesh, 6mm Spacer mesh and 10mm closed cell foam (as used on MOD issued roll mats) Strapping used is MTP printed, shock cord is used in the mesh pockets. Buckles used are from ITW Nexus. Zips used are continuous zips, 6mm in flat lids and 10mm on stand out pouches. Shrouds are made from printed erebis polyester also produced by CortmanTextiles. Paracord is used in the shrouds and in the lids to allow the lid to lay flat or be cinched tighter. The short back variant has the following features:- |
